WHITE WINE PANCAKES
- Ingredients for 10 pancakes :
- 125 g wheat flour
- 4 eggs
- 20 cl white wine
- 5 cl oil or butter
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1In a saucepan, warm the white wine.
- 2Mix the flour and salt in a bowl.
- 3Break up the whole eggs and mix together.
- 4Pour the warm white wine little by little over the previous preparation with a whisk until you obtain a very smooth paste. You can add a little warm water to help smooth it out.
- 5That's it! Your batter is ready, all you have to do is heat up the crepe maker and give life to delicious, hot white wine crepes.
